Working Here

We look forward to you joining Duke Raleigh Hospital, where we work together to bring extraordinary care to the community and the patients we serve. In preparation for the start of your career with us, we hope you will review information about your first few weeks as a new team member.

1Before You Begin

Review your offer letter and new hire paperwork from our Human Resources Department. This will include your start date. At this time, you will also receive a link in your e-mail from Infomart to complete a background check.

Duke Raleigh Hospital team members are required to pass a drug screen and provide proof of immunity to several communicable diseases prior to the start of employment. Our Human Resources Department will contact you to schedule your appointment with Employee Occupational Health & Wellness, located at 3301 Benson Drive, Suite 201, Raleigh, NC 27609. Parking is free in the back of the building.

At your appointment you’ll meet with a nurse from Employee Occupational Health & Wellness as well as a member of the Human Resources team to finalize your new hire paperwork and receive a welcome gift. Come prepared to smile for your badge photo.

2Your First Day
